We had two hands-on workshops at Lapland University of Applied Sciences. The topics for the first workshop were ROS, Jetson Nano, Zed 2 camera and RPLIDAR, which were taught by Petri Hannula. We also saw Eelis Vaara’s and Juho Kujala’s work at the Robotics Lab, as they showed an independently driving robot (following a marked track).
On the second day we had exchange students Sam Knoors and Max Valkenburg showing us a Spyker robot which they had built. It used LIDAR to navigate the map that was created from the room. Thank you to all the teachers and participants!
